Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the KoraGate service. By registering or using the service you agree to them.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Provider and contact
KoraGate is operated by Jitka Hořavová, Company ID (IČO) 88201856, registered address Jiráskova 436/8, 789 85 Mohelnice, Czech Republic, trading under the business name Codecron and registered in the Czech trade licence register ("the provider").
The provider is not a VAT payer; listed prices are therefore final.
Contact for questions about the service: support@koragate.tech.
Subject of the service
KoraGate is a work management system for workspaces, teams, projects, tasks, files and client requests, provided as SaaS (software as a service).
Formation of the contract
The contract for use of the service is formed when registration is completed and the account activated by the provider. The contract is concluded remotely through the web interface.
Registration and account
Users must provide accurate information when registering and protect their login credentials from misuse.
The user is responsible for all activity under their account until misuse is reported to the provider.
Subscription and payments
Current plans and their scope are listed on the Pricing page.
Paid plans activate after a confirmed payment, processed via a third-party payment gateway. Billing details follow the information shown for the selected plan.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If the user is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its formation without giving a reason, by emailing support@koragate.tech.
If the user explicitly requests immediate provision of a paid plan before this period ends and acknowledges that the withdrawal right lapses once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (per Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code).
User rights and obligations
Users may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that restricts availability for other users.
Data entered into a workspace remains the property of the customer; the provider processes it only as needed to operate the service.
Intellectual property
The KoraGate software, its source code, trademark and design are protected by the provider's intellectual property rights. Using the service does not grant the user any licence to these rights beyond using the service under these terms.
Service availability
The provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly during maintenance or events outside its control.
Liability
The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints are handled by the provider at support@koragate.tech without undue delay.
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time by closing their account.
The provider may restrict or terminate access in case of serious breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
The provider may reasonably update these terms and will inform users of material changes.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the relationship between provider and user are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Czech courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to use the out-of-court resolution bodies listed above.
